What's involved? Your KIWILELES school will need to:
What sort of music? The songbook provided is a complete teaching course for the beginner to intermediate player over a year and can be used for school singing. New Zealand's unique culture is reflected and a range of musical genres is included from reggae to rock, classics, and current pop hits. The children love the songs they learn and you will too!
What will it cost? The cost is $138.00, incl. GST. Included is the KIWILELES Songbook, rehearsals, a CD, teacher workshops for an unlimited number of teachers from registered schools and participation at the festival. The event is free for KIWILELES families and the community. Enabling children to participate in music is our aim. Please get in touch with us if your school can not meet this cost.
